Pick to Click: Novaflow

This week’s pick to click is Novaflow from West Virginia. Normally, I would say the only good thing to come out of West Virginia was George Brett & Jerry West, but I think strong consideration must be given to this amazing band. Jeff Stevens has a voice that draws a distinct comparison to Liam Gallagher from Oasis in my mind, but it is not a rip-off or copycat, Stevens owns the guitar while destroying the mic with the perfect mix of harmony & angst .

“Flashback” is one of my favorite songs on the album. Full of energy & reminiscence it’s the kind of song you should be listening to right now instead of being in some cubical hating life. Novaflow’s album, “The Fix” is a superb achievement and much like other bands we’ve featured here on The De Mello Theory they have a brilliant future ahead of them.
